Under Gainsborough Skies Album Launch – 15 Years of Tell the Worry Dolls

Ady returns to Colchester Arts Centre for a special rescheduled show celebrating the release of his new album, Under Gainsborough Skies, and marking the 15th anniversary of Tell the Worry Dolls.

The evening will showcase Under Gainsborough Skies in full—an album of intimate, analogue recordings inspired by his life on the Essex–Suffolk border.

Ady also reunites with his band to revisit Tell the Worry Dolls, the critically acclaimed record first launched at the venue in 2010 and hailed by Press Association as an early contender for album of the year.

Both albums will be performed in full, bridging past and present in a unique, one-night-only performance.

A 15th anniversary remastered vinyl edition of Tell the Worry Dolls, along with vinyl and CD copies of Under Gainsborough Skies, will be available on the night.

Local legend DJ Ben Howard opens the evening with a suitably curated set.
